At 50 Plus we have Jean, a qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist who can discuss any ways you need to adjust your diet.

 

The what, when and why of the food you eat is important to getting to the health and fitness level you want.

The way that you learn to eat while you're with us needs to be suitable. 

​

  • whether it's to improve your skin,

  • how you feel after you eat,

  • any recurring digestive or blood sugar issues  

  • you have too much fat in the unhealthy places in your body

Exercise is holistic. Regular exercise is great, not only for your body but also for your mental health. Research has shown that exercise can be of benefit even in cases of depression.
