Are you a morning person, then why not come to the early morning pick me up session to get you ready for the day ahead.

​This is starting on Tuesday 18 November
​
A fun exercise class using body weight and free weights (no fixed machines).
The class involves compound (whole body) exercises designed to build muscle and reduce fat to keep you healthy and drug-free as you age.
Bodyweight training uses multiple muscle groups at the same time making you more healthy, more flexible and less prone to injury
Charlie, your personal trainer, is there to guide you through the exercises in a fun, relaxed, studio environment.

Times: Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6.30am to 8.30am​

Pay on a monthly basis or casually:

The Monthly payment will allow you to workout Tuesdays and Thursdays for $120/ month equating to $15 per session or on a casual basis at $25 /session
​
