The Origins of Rope Flow

Rope Flow was born in 2004 by David Weck, applying Weck Method's Rotational Movement Training® principles to rope training.  

​

By removing the jump from jump rope, your body is forced to rotate with every repetition. This practice focuses on full-body integration, turning the rope into a tool for movement efficiency and neural coordination.
