 Early Morning Circuit Training Classes are held on:

• Tuesdays at 6.30am to 8.00am 

• Wednesday at 6.30am to 8.00am

• Thursdays at 6.30am to 8.00am 

• Fridays at 6.30am to 8.00am

Note: Classes start on the hour and half hour. (ie 6.30am, 7am, 7.30am, 8am)

Paid up monthly, prices vary with the number of classes per month

​

1 class per week @ $20 per session - $80 (4/month)

2 classes per week $15 per session - $120 (8/month)

3 to 4 classes per week @$12 per session - $144 ( 12 to 16/month)
