Early Morning Circuit Training in Christchurch
"Are you a morning person, then why not come to the
early morning pick me up session to get you ready for the day ahead?"

A fun exercise class using body weight and free weights (no fixed machines).
The class involves whole body exercises designed to build muscle and burn fat to keep you healthy and reduce medications as you age.
Bodyweight training uses multiple muscle groups at the same time making you more healthy, more flexible and less prone to injury
Charlie, your personal trainer, is there to guide you through the exercises in a fun, relaxed, studio environment.

Open for both Men and Women

Times: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning at 6.30am to 8.30am​

Pay on a monthly basis or casually:

The Monthly payment will allow you to workout:
- 1 class per week ($80/month) $20/session
- 2 Classes per week ($120/month) $15/session
- 3 or 4 Classes per week (144/month) $12/session
