 Afterwork Circuit Training Classes are held on:

• Tuesdays at 4.30 to 5.15pm 

• Thursdays at 4.30 to 5.15pm ​

Paid up monthly, prices vary with the number of classes per month

1 class per week @ $20 per session - $80 (4/month)

2 classes per week $15 per session - $120 (8/month)​
