Rockit -Health and Wellness

Would you like to try this amazing new exercise that works your whole body. It's fun, low impact you'll soon be as enthusiastic as my group members.

However not all of us want to go to group training, or you don't have a friend or family member who will join you for the group classes, then book your own one-on-one session!

Rockit Group Training for Women and Men

This training is low impact with high workout rate. You'll be working on the rock-it board to build muscle strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.

AND CHALLENGING YOUR BALANCE AT THE SAME TIME!

This is unique training only available at 50 Plus Fitness (you young guys are welcome if you think you can cope) in Christchurch.

​

It is an holistic fitness regime that will help general fitness or improve concentration, focus and balance for all athletes.

If you are recovering from an injury or operation you may find that Rock-it personal training may be the final move on your way to complete recovery.
