I specialise in movement

When I bought my first gym membership I kind of felt out of place, all these machines to help work certain muscle groups.

 

It was very confusing, just as well my membership came with free sessions with a personal trainer. I needed it just to know what the machines did.

Looking back over the years, many trainers I had any interactions with knew their stuff, but also left me wondering did they really cater for my needs as an older person. You do have certain needs when you are older. 

​

Now being in that older age group I certainly know what limits a senior person has and the importance of flexibility and mobility.
