You may also be new to exercising and don't know where to begin, then these sessions are just what you need.

Partner Training

At times you may find that training by yourself can be boring, then partner training can help by providing that little bit of motivation. Someone to keep you on track when you're feeling down, it's also give you that sense of not letting your training partner down.

Body Weight movements is an ideal way to start your training, learning to move and master the techniques of everyday motion before adding weights will strengthen your foundation.  The idea being if you can't carry your own weight then you shouldn't start using heavy weights.

Looking back over the years, many trainers I had interactions with knew their stuff, but also left me wondering did they really cater for my needs as an older person.

 

We do have certain needs when you are older. 

Now being in that older age group I certainly know what limits a older person has and the importance of flexibility and mobility.
