
Nordic Walking Group In Hagley Park

Come along and join in the Nordic Walking Group if you have completed a course with 50 Plus Fitness.

The idea behind this walking group is to get some practice in with other people who have done the same course. Brush up on your technique and have some fun doing it.
​
Share your thoughts about how its helped you in any way possible, maybe you have noticed changes in your health, fitness, balance or joints.
​
We are planning to have one on the 4th Sunday of each month, and if consensus dictates we may even hold evening walks while daylight savings is still around, probably on a Wednesday or Thursday on a monthly basis as well (TBA).

Wear Clothing suitable for the weather conditions, bring sunscreen, water and a snack to eat if you need to. Wear comfortable footwear
