Wind down your day with a circuit training session designed to boost your metabolism and energy. Our sessions focus on a mix of strength, cardio, and endurance exercises suitable for all fitness levels. Join us Tuesday and Thursday

Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms All training fees are paid monthly in advance to secure your place in the program. 1.Payments are due on or before the first session birthdate of each month. ( i.e the date you started) Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of training until payment is received. 2. Class Attendance Your scheduled sessions are reserved specifically for you each month. Missed sessions are automatically forfeited and cannot be carried forward, refunded, or transferred. This policy applies regardless of the reason for non-attendance (e.g. illness, work commitments, travel, etc.). 3. Public Holidays and Trainer Cancellations If a session is cancelled by the trainer or falls on a public holiday, a make-up session or credit will be arranged. In the rare case of trainer illness or emergency, an alternative session will be provided.
